Applications for children starting school in Reception are submitted and dealt with centrally by Cheshire West and Chester Council. See attached determined admission arrangements 2022-23 for further information. Please contact the school office if you are interested in attending.
Applications for in-year transers are the responsibility of the school. To enquire about a place and/or organise a visit to Helsby Hillside Primary School, please phone the school office on 01928 722991. You must let the Headteacher of your current school know you are planning to take your child out of school before you visit the new school. If you wish to apply, an online application form must be completed accessed on the Cheshire West and Chester Council website available here. Parents will receive a reply within five working days of submitting an application with a decision either confirming a start date or a reason why a place cannot be offered. For any children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities, our Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) will be consulted to assist with any arrangments.
