Chairperson & PR - Davina Banks

Vice-Chair - Andy O’Hanlon

Secretary - Liz Wilson

Assistant Secretary - Liz Earps

Treasurer - Onye Chigbu

Assistant Treasurer - Dorte Hansen

*Congratulations* to our new Team! We wish them nothing but FUN for their year ahead!

It was suggested at the AGM Meeting that we NEED to utilise our FOH Facebook page more! We would like more Parent interaction and we think Facebook will achieve this. Davina Banks will be looking after the FOH Facebook page, so please, make sure you are following our page ‘Friends of Hillside’ for updates and much more.

As a result of using our Facebook page more, we are now only going to do FOH newsletters on a fortnightly basis. If there is a big event coming up, it will revert to a weekly basis for just a short period.

We hope these minor changes will make it easier for you to interact with us. We want it known that we DO want to hear from you, because YOUR VOICE matters!

Our FOH email will continue to operate in the same way and will be looked after by Liz Wilson. You can email us anytime! Thanks everyone.

Message from Katie Martin, outgoing Chair:

As many at the school gates now know, the Martin family are leaving Helsby in a couple of months to start a new 3-year adventure in Canada. Although we are very excited about the move, it obviously means that I cannot continue chairing FOH, and as such have passed the baton into the very capable hands of Davina Banks and Andy O’Hanlon. I just wanted to say a huge THANKYOU to everyone for all the support shown both to FOH and me personally over the years, it has meant a great deal! We plan to be back to visit once a year, and will be staying in touch with many from our ‘Hillside Family’ we will miss you very much. Happy fundraising and best of luck for the future FOH! Xxxx Katie xxxx
